ePrayer Guidelines

Are you interested in ePrayer? Here is how the ePrayer Ministry works:

For your part, as an ePrayer team member, it is fairly simple:
  1. You receive prayer requests via e-mail in the comfort of your own home or office.
  2. You pray. At your convenience, in your way.

The prayer requests may be in the form of:
  1. Prayers
  2. Praises
  3. Urgent prayer requests
  4. Prayer updates

We ask several things of you as a team member:
  1. Check your email on a regular basis (at least 2 times per week).
  2. Contact us* immediately if you change email accounts so we can update your address.
  3. If you have a spam filter, please make sure that our prayer network requests can get through to you. All ePrayer request emails to you will appear like this:
Subject: [ePrayerMinistry] ...
To: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
From: one of the ePrayer leaders*

How the administration works:
  1. One of the leaders (Tami Kuhlmann or Leslie Kuhlmann) will receive the requests and forward them on, according to the Leadership Expectations Guidelines.
  2. The leadership rotates on a monthly basis.

How requests are submitted:
  1. Email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  2. Church Website hot button on front page
  3. Calls to the church office are routed through the email by office staff or Pastor
